Your Responsibilities
Responsible for the processing and reconciliation for the accounts payable position
Resolves invoice conflicts
Communicates with vendor on payment terms
Additional responsibilities include fixed asset capitalization and fixed asset budget tracking
Responsible for the coordination and preparation of monthly management charts to report plant performance via policy deployment.
Utilizes corporate databases to report financial data at the plant and corporate levels.
Complete various special projects and plant presentations as assigned
Your competencies and qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; and one to three years related experience and/or training (Co-Op/Internship)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Microsoft Office, MS-Excel (Formulas and Pivot Tables required, Pivot Tables preferred)
ERP or Mainframe experience is required, SAP experience is preferred
Fixed assets experience is preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
