Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will learn the functions of the AiP manufacturing process by serving as a production supervisor to learn the processes along with day-to-day operations.
Primary function will be to provide leadership and supervision to manufacturing associates on the Shift Leader's specified shift; work with the logistics, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure daily production schedules are met with safety and quality focus; and support system and point CIP improvement projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following.

Support for Safety and Quality initiativesMaintain production schedule in conjunction with PlanningCommunicate with Engineering department technical needs to support assembly productionTrack and measure all pertinent Key Performance IndicatorsIdentify, document, and oversee implementation of improvement ideas and projects; improve overall line OEEStandardize best practice manufacturing processes across ECF Assembly utilizing BPS principles and tools.
Provide timely and effective feedback to Team Leaders and OperatorsDisciplinary authority for manufacturing associates on Shift Leader's specified shiftQualificationsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMinimum of an Associate Degree and/or 5 years supervision of manufacturing associates with disciplinary authority.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Science preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLSStrong communication skills are required.
Use of planning tools and ability to set up queries as needed to provide specific data for comparison purposes.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, individuals, managers and customers in a professional manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to work with mathematical concepts and apply to manufacturing data.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, percentages and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems by use of collection of data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions through the use standard problem solving tools.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESMust be able to effectively use Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
